Delta/United Specialties, Inc. completed this multi-million dollar contract for the metal stud, drywall, painting, acoustical and EIFS portions of the project in 1999.

The 7-story hotel includes exterior wall structural stud framing with an EIFS skin above the first floor. The interior walls were constructed with metal stud framing and drywall. Ground floor articulated drywall ceilings and acoustical ceilings were also installed along with hotel room spray and trowel applied textured ceiling finishes.
