Delta United Specialties, Inc. completed the $13.7 million contract for the metal stud, drywall, acoustical, EIFS and spray fireproofing portions of the this project in June 2001.

The entertainment and retail center is attached to the historic Peabody Hotel via an expanded two story ballroom/exhibit hall with a new 30,000 SF metal framed EIFS porte cochere.

The 350,000 SF multi-level mall exterior including a 145' high hexagon light tower was constructed with structural metal studs and EIFS. The interior contains multi-level mall concourses with a 90' high metal stud and drywall atrium.

Exposed ceilings and walls of the four new pedestrian and vehicular bridges were constructed with metal framing and EIFS. Delta's contract also included 21 movie screens, I-MAX Cinema, all common areas and shell tenent spaces.
