Delta/United Specialties, Inc. completed the $4.5 million contracts for the metal stud, drywall, GFRG columns, painting, faux finishes, acoustic and EIFS portions of the projects in 1994 and 1997 respectively.

Phase I:
|
The initial construction included the floating casino floor, back of house. Delta performed all exterior structural metal stud framing (panelized and stick framed), EIFS, GRC, painting, interior metal stud, drywall, special spray and acoustical work.

Phase II:
|
|
Included a four story hotel casino connector building. Delta performed the exterior structural metal stud framing and EIFS skin as well as all interior metal stud, drywall, GFRG columns, painting, faux finishes and acoustical work.
